What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect your name, your studio’s name, your email address and what you teach. We also record that you agreed to hear from us, and when.

Why we collect it

We use it to email you about early access to Kipwell and to set up a time to talk about your studio. We don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t add you to anyone else’s list.

Where it’s kept

Your details are saved to a private Google Sheet that only Kipwell can open. If we email you, we use an email service to send it.

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs each visitor’s IP address for security, as it does for every site it hosts. Kipwell doesn’t add cookies, analytics or trackers to this site.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. To see, change or delete your details, email caseywfrancis@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is for studio owners and staff. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
